  1. I have always heard the term, but had no idea what they were. It all makes more sense now. I can easily see how chakras, like your spine, can be out of alignment and cause ones spiritual self to be hurting. How would one go about checking their chakras? I know I have days that I’m not feeling “myself” and this could very well be the source of my problems.

      Find a quiet spot, close your eyes, and imagine each chakra along your spine. See if you sense any colors or vibes that feel off.
      Yoga or meditation focused on chakras can be cool. They help balance things out and give you a feel-good boost.
      When you give love to one chakra, it can spread the good vibes to others.
