According to string theory, the universe consists of 11 different dimensions. However, as humans, we are bound by our five senses, limiting our access to only a few dimensions, specifically four, and restricting our ability to gather information solely from our immediate reality.
So, for those who claim to possess psychic abilities, could it be possible that they have somehow tapped into other dimensions in the universe, allowing them to gather information from different time zones or distant spaces?

To your surprise, there are actually many credited schools, universities, and institutions that teach psychic abilities around the world.

What does science and practical study say?
Psychic and telepathic abilities have been researched and proven to be significant.
The introduction of the Ganzfeld effect into experimental psychology can be attributed to the pioneering experiments conducted by the German psychologist Wolfgang Metzger (1899–1979).
The Ganzfeld Experimentaims to test for telepathic abilities, specifically extrasensory perception (ESP).
In the experiment, one participant, the “receiver,” is placed in a relaxed state and subjected to sensory deprivation, typically by wearing translucent goggles and listening to white noise.
Meanwhile, another participant, the “sender,” focuses on transmitting a specific image or information to the receiver telepathically.
After the session, the receiver is shown a set of images or information, one of which was selected by the sender. The receiver’s task is to identify which image or information matches what they received telepathically.
The results of the Ganzfeld Experiment have shown statistically significant results suggesting that the receiver can correctly identify the target image or information at a rate higher than what would be expected by chance alone.
From 1974 to 1982, parapsychologists conducted a total of 42 ganzfeld experiments. In 1982, Charles Honorton presented a paper summarizing the results of these ganzfeld experiments at the annual convention of the Parapsychological Association. Based on his analysis, Honorton concluded that the accumulated results provided sufficient evidence to support the existence of psi.
Over the years, the ganzfeld experiment has undergone refinements. In its current form, an automated computer system is employed to choose and display the targets, known as the “digital autoganzfeld.” This advancement has the potential to address some of the limitations found in earlier experimental setups, including issues related to randomization and experimenter blindness concerning the targets
Remote Viewing Studies:
Remote viewing involves attempting to gather information about a target that is hidden from view or located at a distance, without using the regular physical senses.
In the 1930s and 1940s, a systematic scientific investigation of telepathy and ESP was carried out in the US by J.B. Rhine and his associates at Duke University.
They used a set of five ‘Zener Cards,’ each containing symbols like a square, circle, star, plus sign, and a wavy pattern.
During the experiments, one of these cards was randomly chosen and kept open in one room, while a ‘transmitting agent’ focused their mental attention on it.
In an adjacent room, a ‘receiver’ or ‘viewer’ would attempt to guess which card was open. The success rate in these ‘card guessing’ tests was recorded.
To evaluate the results, they compared the experimental hit rate to the ‘chance expectation’ rate of one in five (or 20 percent).
If the success rate exceeded this chance expectation significantly, it would be considered evidence of a telepathic or ESP mode of information transfer.

You can practice in psychic exercises by yourselfs. Depend on your favourite, you can choose the kind of psychic activities that you like.
These can include practicing psychometry (holding objects to gather information about their owners) or remote viewing (attempting to perceive distant or unseen locations), drawing tarot cards etc.
My favorite way to practice and hone my psychic abilities is by making a habit of drawing a few tarot cards at the beginning of each day.
Based on the images I receive from the tarot cards and my feelings and senses at that time, I try to predict what will come to me during the day. Sometimes, I get vivid images from the cards that attract me, other times it’s just feelings or an urge to do something.
I write these down in my psychic journal, which serves as a personal documentary and allows me to look back later and assess my abilities.
Psychic abilities, just like any other skill, improve with practice. The more time you spend practicing, the better you become at it.
Practicing meditation can help sharpen your focus, intuition, and awareness. Regular meditation can allow you to quiet your mind and tune in to subtle energies.
Meditation doesn’t have to involve sitting for hours in a lotus position.

Add Calming Elements: Consider incorporating elements like plants, crystals, or calming artwork into your space. These can contribute to a sense of tranquility and peace.
Aromatherapy: Scents can play a significant role in relaxation. Use essential oils or incense with calming properties, such as lavender or sandalwood, to create a pleasant aroma in the room.

You can also lie down and let your mind wander freely.
