So, if we want to make an impact on our subconscious mind, we need to gradually adjust our thoughts and mindset day by day.

It’s a gradual process for our conscious mind to influence the deeper layers of the subconscious. Typically, it’s challenging, demanding consistent practice to embed new thoughts and thinking patterns.That’s why many people may find it difficult and struggle to form new habits, a new way of thinking, and, of course, this leads to struggling in manifesting their desires.

SATS is such a shortcut for us to reach our desires. Our subconscious mind is highly receptive when we’re in that in-between state, somewhere between consciousness and unconsciousness, which is called the drowsy state. Relax and Enter a Drowsy State

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can relax. Close your eyes and begin to calm your mind and body. 

Many people find it beneficial to practice SATS before bed, as the nighttime sleep is considered the deepest and most significant sleep in our daily routine. By engaging in SATS before sleep, we provide our subconscious mind with approximately 7-8 hours of uninterrupted rest to work its magic. During this period, our subconscious mind can diligently process and integrate the desires and intentions we have impressed upon it, aiding in the manifestation process.

Take a few deep breaths to release tension. Allow yourself to enter a drowsy state, a state between being awake and falling asleep.

Visualize Your Desired Outcome

In this drowsy state, vividly imagine your desired outcome as if it has already been achieved. Create a mental image or scene that reflects the fulfillment of your desire.

Engage your senses and emotions to make the visualization as real and immersive as possible.

Feel the Reality

While visualizing, cultivate the feeling of already having what you desire. Generate the emotions associated with the fulfilled wish, such as joy, gratitude, or contentment.

Immerse yourself in the experience and let the feeling saturate your being.

Drift into sleep

Trust that the seed of your desire has been planted in your subconscious mind. Let go of any doubts or worries, knowing that the manifestation process is in motion. Allow yourself to surrender to the natural flow of sleep.

As you let go, allow yourself to drift into sleep naturally. Maintain a state of relaxation and receptivity as you gradually lose conscious awareness. Release any active thinking and surrender to the gentle transition into sleep.

My SATS success story

One of the most memorable stories I have about SATS is when I used it to repair my relationship with my boyfriend about a year ago. Back then, we were caught up in a never-ending cycle of fights that seemed to drain the life out of us. It reached a point where I thought our relationship might be beyond saving.

During that time, I began exploring Neville Goddard’s teachings and the law of assumption. Having heard about SATS technique, I decided to give it a shot.

As Neville Goddard’s instructions, with closed eyes, I entered a state akin to sleep and began visualizing a scene of calm reconciliation between my boyfriend and me. I completely immersed myself in that image, letting the good vibes of  love, and empathy wash over me. 

I genuinely believe that he is obsessed with me and that he thinks about me all the time. All he wants is to be with me and be the best boyfriend ever. I want to feel as if these arguments and fights never happened and that they haven’t caused any damage to our relationship.

The next morning (yes, we have had heat arguments over weeks, and this happened the next morning, right after I did SATS), I received a message from my boyfriend. It was an apology, sincere and heartfelt, telling all he wants to do is get past all of this and he said how much he loves me just like what I affirmed with myself the night before.

In that moment, something shifted within me. All the resentments and suppressed emotions that had built up over the weeks seemed to vanish into thin air. It was as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

My boyfriend and I had a conversation later that day, and it was remarkable how quickly we were able to let go of our arguments and conflicts.The atmosphere was buzzing with a fresh wave of understanding and love. It felt like those arguments were a thing of the past, and we were back to being our happy and in-sync selves.
