Today, I’m back with the post highlighting the best manifesting techniques that I have been using for myself and gained amazing results. These are considered the most powerful technique to manifest your dreams and they are also beginner-friendly.

If we know how to do it right, manifesting can become a fun thing instead of a hassle task that we are responsible to do to achieve what we want.

Top 1 in the best manifesting techniques: VISUALIZATION

First of all, I don’t think visualization should be considered as work. Visualization is actually HAVING FUN with your imagination. While the reality might be somtime difficult or unwanted at times, you can always take full control of your imagination and direct it towards any way you want (Isn’t it like a small get away?)

Who says imagination isn’t fun?

Imagine yourself filled with positive thoughts or desired scenarios, like having the financial freedom that you want, living happily with the love of your life, or simply feeling the thrill of receiving a message from a special person.

To unwind, I often picture myself lounging on a beach, basking in the warm rays of the sun and taking in the sights and sounds of the waves and the wind. As I feel the heat seeping into my skin and the sand between my toes, I’m transported to my happy place. This mental escape helps me stay content and uplifted throughout the day.

It doesn’t matter if all of this is happening inside your mind because what you experience, especially all the emotions and the feeling, all of that is valid and true.

These positive and happy feeling bring you more benefits than you might think, from boosting your mood and reducing stress to making you more positive and resilient in life.

However, these are just side effects of visualization. The main thing is what you are feeling right now is the first indication and realization of your future reality. You already have a part of your desired future reality within you right now. The manifestation of your desires is reflected firstly through how you feel. Visualization is the act of creation.

So, how can you visualize to get the most fun and most importantly, THE BEST RESULTS?

In my experience, visualization should be combined with SATS method – a method taught by Neville Goddard – who is considered the father of Law of assumption.

SATS stands for State Akin To Sleep

It is simple a way to utilize the power of visualization at the right time, the time when our subconscious mind is at the most receptive state – also knowned as the drowsy state.

The drowsy state occurs before we fall sleep and right after we wake up in the morning, lasting for about 15-30 minutes. In the drowsy state, we are awake but not fully alert and a large part of our subconscious mind is highly active. This is considered the ideal time for the connection between the subconscious and conscious mind to become clear.

 If we visualize and implant images or feelings about our desires during this time, it will go straight to our subconscious mind, which is the place where all our dreams can come true. Therefore, the SATS method is a powerful tool to manifest our desires through visualization.

Here are the steps to practice visualization in combination with SATS method:

Relax your body: Lie down comfortably in your bed and take a few deep breaths to relax your body. The more comfortable you become, the faster the results you will get. So, make yourself comfortable with some gentle music or infused scent. Whatever makes you feel relaxed and peaceful will help.

Imagine a scene that implies your wish has been fulfilled: Create a mental scene that implies your wish has been fulfilled. Make it vivid and sensory-rich, involving all your senses. 

For example, if your desire is to have a new car, imagine yourself sitting in the driver’s seat, feeling the leather seats, smelling the new car smell, and hearing the engine running smoothly.

Repeat the scene: Repeat the scene over and over again until it feels real and natural to you, and let yourself naturally fall sleep.

As you continue to visualize the scene, allow yourself to feel the emotions and sensations that come with the wish fulfilled. Feel the joy, gratitude, and satisfaction of having your wish come true.

The most important factor in making this work is that your imagination needs to shift how you feel at the moment. If you find it challenging to relate to or believe in the vision you created, I encourage you to start with small, achievable goals. Break your goal into smaller steps, and as you begin to see results, you will gain confidence and find it easier to attach your emotions to your imagination.

Don’t force it, start with what feels comfortable for you.

Affirmations: the power of your thoughts and your words

The next technique on the list of the best manifesting techniques would be the art of using affirmations. Not everyone finds themselves get along well with visualization. Some people may have difficulty creating an image in their mind, which is where affirmations come into play. Affirmations are undoubtedly one of the best manifesting techniques as they are simple and easy to adjust to suit each person’s needs.

The great thing about affirmation technique is that it don’t require as much belief in the desired result as visualization does.

As I mentioned above, visualization only works if you can create positive feelings such as happiness and exictement associated with the desires that you are trying to manifest. On the other hand, even if you don’t believe in your desires, affirmations can gradually change your thoughts and have an impact on your mind if you are consistent with it enough. Your subconscious mind will absorb whatever you repeatedly tell yourself.

Of course, affirmations associated with positive feelings or affirmations that you truly believe in would bring you better results and are considered to be more effective. However, when your goals feel far out of reach, or you find yourself in challenging situations that drain your energy and make visualization difficult, affirmations can be helpful.

You might think just by repeating some sentences or positive words, the method seems too simple and naive and might not work? However, try to take a look at some well-written affirmations, just by simply reading and contemplating positive affirmations, you can experience an immediate shift in your emotional response right at this moment.

And everything on earth was first created in your mind and expressed firstly through your emotions.

The key in affirmations is consistency, keep repeating the affirmations until you get what you want.

Don’t stop because something happened and you think it doesn’t work, sometimes things need to switch off a little bit before they start to show you the final results you are looking for.

Even though I mentioned two of the best manifesting techniques that have worked for me so well. I want to emphasize that there is no one “best” manifesting technique that works for everyone. The most effective manifesting technique is the one that resonates with you the most and feels most natural and comfortable to you. Try out these two powerful techniques and don’t worry if you don’t see results yet, keep going!!  It’s important to experiment with different techniques and find what works best for you.
