“In today’s rush, we all think too much — seek too much — want too much and forget about the joy of just being.”
What is the secret to Law of Attraction? What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is simply “living in the moment” and without judgement.
When you are paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in a non-reactive way, and accepting them as they are without trying to change or suppress them, you are starting your first step towards mindfulness.
The goal of mindfulness is to develop a greater sense of inner peace, self-awareness, and clarity of thought, that ‘s why mindfulness is the fastest way to clear out any resistance that are standing between you and your desires.
Isn’t it simple and make a lot of sense? When our minds are filled up with happiness and appreciation, there is no room for limited beliefs or negative thought patterns. The cultivation of a positive mindset that usually comes along with mindfulness practices will pave the way for the Law of Attraction to really work in your life.
Study research on the benefits of practicing mindfulness:
Now let’s look at some research studies that help us to answer the question: What is the secret to Law of Attraction?
In 2015, researchers from the University of Utah and the University of Vermont published a study in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology .
The study was conducted with two groups of participants. One group was assigned to a mindfulness meditation program, which included weekly group meditation sessions and daily home practice while the other group did not receive any mindfulness training.
After eight weeks, the participants in the mindfulness group reported significantly higher levels of well-being and life satisfaction compared to the other group. The mindfulness group also reported reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression.
The researchers also found that the improvements in well-being and life satisfaction were related to changes in mindfulness and self-compassion. The participants who reported greater increases in mindfulness and self-compassion also reported greater increases in well-being and life satisfaction.
Another study is the study published in JAMA Internal Medicine which was conducted by researchers from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
The study involved 93 people with generalized anxiety disorder who were divided randomly into 2 groups. The first group participated in an eight-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program and the other group just received general stress management education.
After the eight-week intervention, the participants in the MBSR group reported significantly greater reductions in symptoms of anxiety and depression compared to the control group. The reductions in symptoms were maintained for up to six months after the intervention.
“Mindfulness helps you go home to the present. And every time you go there and recognize a condition of happiness that you have, happiness comes.”

How to pratice mindfulness so you can attract anything you want:
Breathing exercises: Focusing on your breath is a basic but very effective mindfulness practice. Take a few minutes each day to focus on your breath breathe deeply, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Bring your breath inward toward the stomach area instead of the chest area, as most of us do.
Breathing is very important as it is the primary life activity for humans, but unfortunately, 90% of us are breathing incorrectly.
One recommended breathing technique is to inhale for about 5.5 seconds and exhale for 5.5 seconds, creating 5.5 breaths per minute. This method can have the effect of a meditation practice on you.
It is not necessary to strictly follow the mentioned time intervals in this technique, what’s important is to practice breathing slowly and deeply at a pace suitable for your own body.
Walking meditation: This involves walking slowly and mindfully, paying attention to each step, and the sensations in your feet and legs. Focus on the movement of your body as you walk, and try to stay present in the moment.
You are present with every step you take. Focus solely on your steps, and take time to appreciate the views of the area you are walking through. Immerse yourself in this feeling and don’t worry about anything else.
This walking meditation technique is a popular way to invite new ideas and inspirations into your mind. Bill Gates once said that walking is his favorite activity, as it brings him ideas and solutions to most of his problems.
Mindful eating: Instead of rushing through meals, take the time to savor each bite, noticing the texture, taste, and aroma of your food. Eating mindfully can help you tune in to your body’s hunger and really enjoy the meal instead of just filling up your stomach.
Try to eat without distractions, such as watching TV or working on the computer, and focus on the present moment. It’s also helpful to be aware of hunger and fullness cues, and to stop eating when you are comfortably satisfied.
Gratitude practice: Take a few moments each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for. It can simply a few minutues to say thank you for waking up this morning or to appreciate the small blessings you receive each day.
You can keep a journal to write down all the things you appriecate in life. You can write down all the things you appreciate in a relationship, or in a specific person. This not only makes you happier but also helps to improve the relationships you have in life.
Can you pratice mindfulness if you are busy?
Well, I have told you all about this valuable Law of Attraction secret, but you may be thinking, “It’s hard for me to be mindful if I am so used to the rushed modern lifestyle. I have little time to really calm my mind and practice mindfulness” or “I can’t squeeze in any meditation sessions or devote time specifically for myself to relax and practice mindfulness.” Don’t worry, here are some tips that would help you:
Start small: Incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine doesn’t have to be a huge undertaking. Start small by setting aside just a few minutes each day to practice mindfulness.
Try to practice at the same time each day, such as in the morning or before bed. This will help make mindfulness a habit and part of your daily routine.
Practice mindfulness throughout the day: Mindfulness doesn’t have to be limited to a formal practice session. You can incorporate mindfulness into your daily activities, such as brushing your teeth, eating, or walking.
Stay present no matter what you are doing: One of the main tenets of mindfulness is staying present in the moment. This can be difficult in our fast-paced world, but try to focus on the task at hand and avoid multitasking as much as possible. This will help you stay present and mindful throughout the day.

Here, he describes the transformative power of just practice doing absolutely nothing for 10 whole minutes ( which is a form of mindfulness):
