“The gratitude jar” – my favourite thing

When it comes to journal prompts, I stumbled upon this cool idea called “The Gratitude Jar” that I find pretty interesting.

Throughout the month, I meticulously note every moment that brings a smile, happiness, or joy into my life. Instead of logging them in a conventional gratitude journal, I opt for colorful post-it notes. Each joyful incident is captured on these notes, which I then fold and delicately place in a glass jar.

At the end of the month, I dedicate a day to sit, meditate, journal, and systematically open each note, reliving those beautiful moments one by one.
