In this second part of the series, I would like to bring you more ways to increase your vibrational frequency. All of the methods that will be mentioned here are easy and fun to do, and you will receive a ton of benefits from incorporating them in your daily life.

There is no doubt that meditation has a positive influence on both of our physical and mental health.

Some of you might feel scared when hearing the word “meditation”. However, meditation doesn’t have to involve long hours of sitting and trying to focus your mind, which may seem like a boring practice.

Actually, all you need to do to gain beneficial effects from meditation is sit down for 10 minutes each day, quiet your mind, and that’s more than enough.

This is what Abraham Hicks talks about meditation  and how it can help increase your vibrational frequency:

“The more you meditate, the higher your vibrational frequency becomes. This helps you to attract more positive experiences and people into your life.”

Practice meditation is easier than you might think:

Start by sitting down or lying down comfortably in a place where you won’t be disturbed. You can use gentle music or light scented candles to help you relax more easily.

Now just stop all your thinkings. 

It’s perfectly fine if you’re unable to stop all your thoughts immediately, so don’t feel guilty about it. When a thought appears, simply observe it without any judgment. Just watch it come and go.

Remember, you are not your thoughts; you are the one who is observing those thoughts.

Do that for 10 minutes each day, and that ‘s it!

When you practice meditation, you learn to quiet your mind, which helps you reach a neutral state. Since human nature tends to lean towards the positive side, spending enough time in this neutral state allows positive thoughts and experiences to come naturally.

Negative thought patterns are what prevent us from achieving our desires, which is why the only thing you need to do to be open is to keep yourself in a neutral state, free from negative and sabotaging thoughts.

Increase your vibrational frequency through engaging in act of kindness:

When you think about doing an act of kindness, you may think that the receiver is the only one who benefits from it. However, it’s actually much more than that.

A study published in the Journal of Social Psychology found that performing acts of kindness led to an increase in positive emotions, life satisfaction, social connection, and a decrease in negative emotions.

Another study published in the Journal of Positive Psychology found that participants who performed acts of kindness for three weeks experienced improved relationships, greater feelings of competence, and an increase in positive emotions.

When we perform acts of kindness, it gives us a sense of purpose and fulfillment. It can also give us a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, which can help to increase our confidence and self-esteem.

One great thing about acts of kindness is it has the power to create a ripple effect, inspiring others to also perform acts of kindness and ultimately helping to raise the collective vibrational frequency.

As Booker T. Washington said, “If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else.”

You don’t need to do something grand or elaborate to make a difference in someone’s life.

Start with small acts of kindness, such as holding the door open for someone, giving a compliment, or offering to help with a task.

Even something as simple as writing a kind note, baking cookies for your neighbor, or surprising someone with a small gift can create a ripple effect.

Volunteering is another great way to perform acts of kindness.
