When we talk about using the Law of Attraction to find love, a lot of us think we need to search for it outside of ourselves. But in my opnion, the real secret to attracting love is to start from within.

Finding Happiness from Within

Step 1: Letting go of that yearning

Many of my friends often hold onto this intense desire for love, and it turns into a never-ending longing. 

This feeling of wanting can get pretty intense, and we’ve all felt the emotional rollercoaster it brings. Instead of trying to suppress those feelings, I think the first step is to learn to let go of the need.

You can want something and accept that you don’t have it right now without making yourself miserable.

We want love because we think it will make us feel good, so why not do things for ourselves that make us feel good right now? Because the end goal we are seeking is always the feeling of happiness, why should we have to wait until we have a lover in our lives? Why put our happiness in the hands of something or someone else?

You may think this sounds cliché, but the truth is that romantic love is just one aspect of your life. In my experience, love has always come unexpectedly when I’m focusing on something else, such as myself, my career, or my own happiness.

Step 2: Finding Happiness from Within

Talking about being the source of your own happiness, yes, you don’t have to wait for someone or something outside to make you happy. 

The key to be happy is very simple. It’s to do things that make you feel happy.

You can engage in activities like meditation, exercise, and spending quality time with loved ones. It’s about finding what resonates with you personally and brings joy and fulfillment to your present moment.

When you’re happy with yourself, you emit a positive vibe that can draw in more of what makes you feel good, sometimes even in the most surprising ways. This inner happiness is not only sensed by you but is also palpable to others around you. It’s as if you’re radiating a warm and inviting aura, a positive vibe that draws people and experiences to you. And usually, that’s how love will find you.

The Overflow of Love

The more I live, the more I see that you’re at your most attractive when you’re being yourself, not when you’re trying to fit some ideal. 

When you start loving yourself, you’ll have so much love within you that it’ll spill over. That’s how you can genuinely love others. You need to love yourself first and let that love overflow.

If you try to love others when your own love cup is empty, it can leave you feeling drained. So always start with yourself!

Step 3: Keep your emotions aka vibrations high

According to Dr. Joe Dispenza, the way we feel acts like a magnet for the events and situations that come our way.

The important thing to remember is that we hold the keys to our reality. Blaming others or situations for how we feel only takes away our control. Affirmations and visualizations can be potent tools for sending out positive signals to the universe, but they only work when we genuinely feel those good vibes. 

If we can’t truly feel positive, we won’t be able to draw the events and circumstances we desire into our lives. It’s the blend of positive emotions and intention that truly molds our reality.

Step 4: Confronting Past Baggage

The past can really mess with our desire for love. Healing your inner child and finding love from within is the key.
Maybe you’ve had some trust issues in the past or been through some tough stuff. But it’s essential to face those past traumas, attachments, and childhood experiences that make you look for love on the outside. To let go, you need to confront the baggage.

Step 5: Meditating and Getting to Know You

Meditation is a powerful way to uncover emotions you might have been suppressing.  

By sitting in stillness and silence, you create a space for your thoughts and emotions to surface. Often, these thoughts and feelings that you might have been subconsciously suppressing or avoiding in the busyness of everyday life start to emerge during meditation. Don’t avoid this stuff; when it comes up, deal with it. If you bottle it up, it can block love. 

Through meditation, you can examine these emotions without judgment. This self-exploration allows you to understand the root causes of your suppressed emotions, which can range from past traumas, unprocessed feelings, or unresolved issues. It’s like shining a light on the hidden corners of your mind and heart, bringing what’s been tucked away into your conscious awareness.

What if the 3D is bothering you?

It’s all about shifting your mindset and stepping into a new identity. 

Instead of letting your current situation bother you, try manifesting by embracing the persona of a person who is joyfully in love. Visualize yourself as this content, happy, and loving individual. Think about how this person feels – the positivity, the contentment, and the gratitude for the love in their life. Embrace their mindset and behaviors. 

When you begin to think and act like this version of yourself, you’ll start to radiate a different energy, one that can draw love and positivity into your life. 

Remember, the Law of Attraction responds to the energy you emit. So, if you focus on what you want, feel it deeply, and adopt a mindset of positivity and gratitude, you’re more likely to manifest love and invite it into your life.
